An eval system for ad creative

Built an applied AI system for a performance marketing agency to learn which ad creatives win and why.

Decomposed ads into structured features (hook, framing, structure), ran them through an LLM-backed analyzer, and surfaced the combinations that consistently performed. Found patterns with a 75-85% win rate, plus a library of moves to avoid.

The agency now uses this to brief every new creative, instead of guessing.
